A model of a lamp with moving panels, through which it can be folded and unfolded. The finished panels would be made of e-Ink foil, so it can change its color from white to black. Therefore it can be dimmed in different ways.
Open it is very bright, closed it‘s a nice ambient light, black it‘s dimmed. Dimmes itself, reacting to its environment.
Folding principle: The upper ends of the panels are fixed to the inner frame, the lower are just seated on it, to keep the shape up. Strings are affixed to the lower ends of the panels. These strings converge in a coil, so the penals can be lifted.
